• Mask

Process

• Clean the floor to get all the dust and dirt off


• You will need to have a mixing station to serve as your pat to get from the surface of the room you are working on. Make sure you cover the floor around the mixing station to keep the epoxy from getting on the floor when you walk out.


• Mix one to two minutes using the power mixer the primer and pigment in the bucket.


• Wrap the roller try in a plastic back so you will not have to clean it when you are done.


• Put the mixed primer in the tray, getting out as much as you can using something like a paint stick to get it all out.


• Start with the edges of the room and using the small roller cover the edges on the four sides of the room in a sweeping motion. Do it generously.

• Use the same sweeping motion start in the middle and go side to side, parallel to the wall. This time you are using the larger roller and using it as the measuring line do one line at a time. Apply it thinly.


• Mix 16 ounces of the pigments to every three gallons of epoxy. Once you are ready to put it on the floor you can add the hardener, mixing two minutes with the power mixer and then put in clean bucket mixing another thirty seconds. Put in another clean bucket


• Put the epoxy on the floor in a snake-like pattern and use squeegee to roll it out evenly using any direction you want the design to look like.
