IT Support Specialist main responsibilities

Daily communication with users on technical issues, carried out by telephone, email and through the system for incident registration and support management;
-Diagnosing and solving cases related to software, hardware, computer peripheral equipment, networks and the Internet;
-Preparation and installation of computer equipment;
-Creation of user accounts for access to systems;
-Documenting and tracking the status of customer inquiries, coordinating responses and caring for customer satisfaction;
- Monitoring of timely and qualitative transmission of information between the different units;
