Attracting an Audience With a Trade Show Exhibit

Many businesses that have exhibits at trade shows quickly realize that to attract an audience and have the success they need to employ different visual techniques and exhibit materials, like media walls, Sydney and anywhere. It is clear why when you enter a convention center or hall, even the smaller ones are busy, with lots of people trying to attract people's attention. So what can you do to stand out among all of the tactics others are employing? Here are some ideas for you.

How to attract more people to your exhibit

Something visually exciting – When you put something more visually exciting as part of the show that can attract more attention. As well as your standard media wall Sydney and elsewhere, you might have some lights, movement, and color going on to add some energy and build up excitement and drama. Some use laser displays, some use 3D videos, lights traveling across a fabric backdrop and so on.

If you have a fantastic website include it in your exhibit – If you have a unique and compelling website you might want to include it as part of your exhibit. You could set up a backdrop and have it projected onto that.

Have something interactive for people to enjoy – People love to touch and interact with things through the other sense other than just visual. Things about what people at your booth can hear, feel, smell and even taste! They are far more likely to remember your exhibit and talk about their experience with you.

Have enthusiastic and energetic staff – Having people at the booth that are engaging, friendly and enthusiastic is essential for success. You want them smiling but not pushy, perhaps have them standing in front of a media walls Sydney events and elsewhere. Give them training beforehand and give them breaks as they need it, as they will need to be 'on' for long hours.
