  5. Salivary glands: Salivary glands are the ones that produce saliva from the ducts and play an important role in maintaining the oral health. There are mainly three types of salivary glands that are present in front of the ears, in the inferior of the tongue and below the jaw.


Causes of Head and Neck Cancer


Although there is no definite cause of head and neck cancer, following are some of the factors that can increase the possibility of a person to be diagnosed with head and neck cancer.
