Web development tip 14: have a clear and detailed page for every product
Some web sites are lazy to have a detailed page, all products are just displayed in a listing page. It seems like that buyers can add products to shopping cart directly and reduce one step to view detailed page, but this will have some significant drawback. For example, you lose a chance to list the product in comparison shopping websites, which tend to compare every detailed product. It is also not good for search engines.
