Meals
It is usually okay to move certain types of food, such as canned goods. But it would help if you didn't bother packing destructive things. Try food stored in your freezer and refrigerator and make a casserole or a dish for a week before you move so that you can throw whatever meat or vegetables you have in the freezer into the pot and use it. If you still have junk, such as milk, salad greens or frozen items, you can give it as a gift to your neighbors or just throw it away.
