When mixing your e-liquid the standard composition should be:
• Water—fifteen percent
• Flavoring—fifteen percent or to taste
• Vegetable glycerin or propylene glycol—seventy percent but if you are adding nicotine it should be sixty percent with twenty percent nicotine. If you decide to slowly decrease your nicotine, increase your glycol or glycerin by the amount of nicotine you are decreasing
